Epoxy curbs provide safe, professional sealing for mechanical and structural roof penetrations. Curbs can have the capacity to accommodate multiple pipes, electrical conduits, chimneys, cables, steel angles, ‘H’ beams, and other shapes. The installation begins with the placement of a standard roof curb that meets your roof requirements. Once the basic curb is installed, additional pipes can be passed through the penetration. After all the penetrations have been made, one can begin the sealant process. The sealer is self-leveling and forms a tight unified bond, which integrates with the penetration and curb, and stays permanently flexible.

Curb perimeter flashing can be done at any time after the curb is set. The flashing cap is removable during installation and after, for future flashing.
